Summary :
The more I read the more I am enjoying this book. I read 99 pages this week because I wanted to finish chapter chapter 28. As of right now Huck and Jim finally arrived and reached their goal of landing at the Ohio River. They arrived at the first town which was Cairo, where they met the Granger family. They thought that it was a nice family until they saw that they killed two of the family members so they left. They met and became friends with two conmen, one young one old. They hung out with them for three days and preformed bad quality shows while traveling to different towns. The conmen pretended to be two men who's brother had just died so that they could get the inheritance that he left behind.. They sold the estate they got and ended up making lots of money. Huck eventually ended up telling the sister because he felt bad and wanted make things right.
Questions:
What were to happen if the brothers that the conmen were pretending to be showed up?
How would the story change if luck never would of said anything.
How long did it take them to get to Cairo?
Will the family get the money back? How much money was it exactly?
Prediction :
I think that they will get caught for what they did. Everyone always ends up getting caught and maybe if they do, the conmen will end up blaming it on Huck and Jim. The have to watch out and really pray that they don't get caught or else bad things will happen to them.
